1. Seller

The software is sold through a reseller, Stripe, acting as Merchant of Record. The purchase contract is concluded between you and Stripe.

2. Finality of license purchases

All license purchases are final. The license key is issued immediately after purchase; once issued, a license key cannot be revoked. Please download and evaluate The Cala Mama Data Station before purchasing: the free test version is available at calamama.io/download.

3. Refunds

Refunds are governed by Stripe’s refund policy: docs.stripe.com/payments/managed-payments/how-it-works.
